The Professional Bartending School of San Antonio now offers multiple classes.
The Premier/Mixology Class consists of 10 four hour lessons. The majority of the class will be hands on training. Once orientation is completed, the student may take lessons in any order. The school offers morning, afternoon, evening, flexible, and accelerated classes. Premier/Mixology class is the maximum amount of training to allow the graduate to work anywhere in the industry.
The 25 hour Bartending Class consists of 8 three hour lessons. Students are allowed up to 15 additional hours of practice time with the Bartending class. The Bartending Class is the minimum amount of training to allow the graduate to work at smaller places or for the person just interested in doing private parties.
Introductory Class is offered every Monday from either 10:00am-2:00pm or 6:00pm-10:00pm. The Introductory Class gives the prospective student a feel for the classes without committing to 2 weeks of training. It is not enough training to bartend, but will give the student a good idea about the classes. The fee is $150.00 and may be applied to either the Bartending Class or the Premier/Mixology Class.
The school recognizes that prospective students have busy lives. The school Director can discuss special schedules with the student during the free tour. The classes are flexible and the school can usually accommodate your individual needs.
