Since taking over the school, it has been recognized as one of the top campuses in the chain for the last two years. David is highly skilled in many bartending "flair" techniques and enjoys teaching this money-making skill to our students. David was recently asked to judge the Tennessee round of the "Quest for the Best Bartender in the World" contest in Knoxville, TN, held at Michaels Night Club. Three of the four finalists were former graduates of the Professional Bartending School. One of our graduates won the Tennessee finals and went on to compete at the World Championship finals in Orlando, Florida, finishing in the Top 25.
