David graduated from our St. Louis campus in 1986. He has worked in fine dining restaurants, hotels, neighborhood bars and the St. Louis Airport. David has been the director of the Professional Bartending School of Nashville since January 1992 and had recently taken over the Knoxville campus during June of 2000.

David Edwards:
Director
David previously held the position of Vice President of the national company before resigning to work more closely with the Nashville and Knoxville campuses. David has been featured in training tapes, television commercials, and a Learn Bartending by Video Tape that is sold nationwide. David has helped develop training techniques that are used in schools around the country and has participated in the development of the current textbook used by the Professional Bartending Schools of America.

Quinn Edwards:
Assistant Director
Quinn has been in the restaurant industry for 7 years. She was previously an office manager of an advertising newspaper before attending Professional Bartending School of Knoxville in September 2000. She began working at Professional Bartending School in October 2000 and shortly after became the Assistant Director. Quinn bartends part time at banquets and private parties.
Devon Baker:
School Representative
Devon Baker, originally from the Nashville area, now resides in Knoxville, TN. Here she obtained a Bachelors Degree from the University of Tennessee. She has over 7 years of experience in the bar and restaurant industry. She has worked at Tony Romas, Chilis, Ruby Tuesdays, and the Westside Tavern in Knoxville. She is currently the admissions counselor for the Knoxville campus.

Cliff Jestice:
Job Placement Director/Instructor
Cliff has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and has served in every capacity of the bar and restaurant business including bartender, manager and general manager. Cliff has bartended at the Hoffman House in Cincinnati, South Seas Plantation on Captiva Island, The Sundial Resort and Tiki bar on Sanibel Island and Damon's in Ft. Myers, Fl. Cliff earned an Associates Degree in Food Service Management and teaches class at the Culinary and Hospitality division at Walters State Community College on a part-time basis. Cliff works full-time at our Knoxville campus.
