The Cincinnati campus has been totally remodeled to simulate an upscale bar. We recently installed a 1,000 pound, 30 foot long granite top bar that is as nice as any upscale hotel downtown. The main classroom allows 8 students to work behind the bar at one time. Our bar stations have the latest wunderbar soda gun systems, three compartment sinks, stainless steel ice bins and liquor racks.
In addition, we have a television, vcr, dvd, cash register and working beer tap for the Anheuser-Busch training. We have one 5-foot hotel portable bar to simulate working banquets at an upscale hotel.
We also have a second classroom with one 12-foot bar with additional television and vcr that allows the student to watch video tapes of any lesson that they would like to see again. The second classroom is available from 10am to 10pm everyday for students to gain extra practice and to study. |
