The Professional Bartending School of Dayton, Ohio has one of our most experienced staffs in our group. Craig and Debbie have worked in the industry for over 30 combined years. Debbie has waited tables, bartended and held management positions. Craig has bartended, and held management positions.
Craig Glick - Campus Director

Craig is the campus director of the Professional Bartending School of Dayton. Craig has bartended at fine hotels and managed financial planning businesses.

Craig is a graduate of the Professional Bartending School of Cincinnati and was personally trained by Roger Oldham, the President and founder of Professional Bartending Schools of America. PBSA now has 23 campuses in twelve states.
Debbie Glick - Lead Instructor

Debbie has bartended at some of the best bars and special events in the greater Cincinnati area. Debbie has worked for the Millennium Hotel, Ted Gregory Center, ATP Tennis Tournament, and the Aronoff Center for the arts.

At the Aronoff Center, Debbie worked private parties for Margaret Thatcher, Shirley McClain, Candice Bergman, and Vice-President Dick Cheney. Debbie has also worked at some great neighborhood pubs.
Carla Herre -I nstructor

Carla and her family have owned and operated Bartending by Dave and Daughters since 1999. She holds a Certificate in Bartending and Mixology as well as instructional training from Professional Bartending Schools of America..
