One Week Accelerated Class:
Monday through Friday
9:00am to 5:00pm or 1:30 to 10:00pm

All classes are forty hours in length.

Lambert Epperly - Director
Lambert has been a bartender for Sheraton Hotels, Wayne Manor and Spruce Street Grill with over 10 years bartending experience. Certified T.I.P.S. Trainer.
Knowledge in customer relations, hospitality, liquor and bartender liability laws.
Daniel Minasian - Instructor
Award winning bartender/trainer for TGI Fridays Corporation. Over 15 years experience. Knowledge of corporate policies, training techniques, bar flair, etc.

Don LaPenta - Instructor
Prestigious bartender. Has held prominent bartending positions in establishments such as (but not limited to) The Landmark Inn, Captain G's, Lilly Langtry's and Moby Dick's.
Over 20 years experience in bartending and related duties. Because of his diversified abilities, he has mastered the knowledge of hospitality in the customer relation field.
Gabrielle Smith - Instructor
Outstanding bartender for over 9 years. She has bartended at Such's Bar & Grill (Carteret), plus O'Mallorys Pub and Playa de Luna in California.

Our 40 hour professional mixology course consists of 10,4-hour lessons. Each lesson is an independent module that can be taken in any order after the first class and orientation. We offer morning, afternoon and evening, two-week programs and a one-week accelrated program. All contain the same quality materials and lessons. In addition, we have the option of tailoring a flexible schedule using any combination of existing classes or special times to fit any students situation.
The school recognizes that adults have lives and commitments that may prevent them from attending one of our standard schedules. Regardless of your personal situation, if you want to attend our school and will make the effort to get here, we will work out a schedule for you. If you are in need of a special schedule, we will work one out for you during your personal interview with our enrollment director.
