Instruction Hours:
The above class times reflect our instruction times only. Our classroom is open Monday through Thursday from 10am until 10pm. Our classroom is open on Friday and Saturday from 10am until 4:30pm. During these times we have a full-time instructor working in the classroom with the students.
After our students take the one-hour class they spend as much time as possible behind the bar making the drinks over and over until they are comfortable with them. During this time we also run speed drills to help our students become fast and proficient to they may word behind any bar.
There is absolutely NO substitute for practical, hands-on training behind a real bar like ours when it comes to acquiring the skill-set that's necessary for an exciting and profitable bartending career.
