Fort Worth Bartending School Externship Program

The Premium Institute of Bartending is the only Bartending School in Fort Worth that requires every student complete a minimum of a 2-hour Externship at a local bar or restaurant prior to graduation. These are completed at the mid-point of the program. This will allow you to actually Bartend in a real bar PRIOR to graduating.

This also gives you the opportunity to learn a "Real" Point of Sale System (POS), make real drinks for real customers, and gain experience as a Bartender PRIOR to Graduating for our Bartending School. Additionally, we've had numerous students hired on the spot during their Externship.

The Externship Coordinator schedules each student an Externship Site based on the type of environment that the student wants to work in after graduation, the current needs of the site, and the student's availability. The Externship allows you to graduate with more than just the ABC's of Bartending.
