Roger S. Oldham
Director & Job Placement Director since 1991

Roger is the 93, 94, 95, & 98 Best Bartender in Ohio champion. Roger also placed 5th in 1994 and 10th in 1995 in the National Championship round of the Best Bartender in North America contest sponsored by Jim Beam and Disney Resorts.


Linda Moore
Director of Enrollment since 1992

Linda Moore is responsible for helping prospective students understand the career of bartending and answering all questions that the prospective may have. Linda has bartended at some of Cincinnati's finest establishments such as; Omni Netherlands Hotel, Xavier University, Holiday Inn, Arlinís Bar, Montgomery cafÈ and Fricker's.


Kathy McDonald;
Instructor since 1997

Kathy is a graduate of UC with a sociology degree. Kathy also teaches foreign languages at Cincilingual in Cincinnati. Kathy has over five years bartending experience at Sudsy Malone's, Westminister Billiards and the Havana Martini Club.


Derek R. Jones
Instructor since 1995

Derek is well known around greater Cincinnati for his Olympic Style Bartending shows. Derek has bartended at the Waterfront complex, Sycamore Gardens, Bourbon Street, and Barleycorns.

Derek is the 94 and 95 runner-up in the Best Bartender in Ohio contest. In addition Derek has competed in the 99 World Bartending Championships, the 99 Seagrams Battle of The Bottles, the 98 Isle Mirada Bartenders Contest, and the 97 Best Bartender in the Nation
